About The Robot Ledger

Robotics has a census authority. What it does not have is a value authority: nobody publishes what robots actually cost, what they're worth used, or which announced machines are actually shipping. Every mature asset class fills that seat eventually — vehicles got their blue books, aircraft their appraisal houses, heavy equipment its value guides. Robotics is next, and someone neutral has to do it.

The Robot Ledger is that publication. We cover observed robot economics across the full asset class — the humanoids and quadrupeds arriving now, and the industrial arms, cobots, and warehouse robots that have been on factory floors for decades. Our franchise is receipts: every figure traces to a dated, checksummed archive entry, and published prints are never rewritten.

We publish the Robot Frontier Price Index quarterly, with research between prints, plus two standing features nobody else maintains: a price-visibility tracker (which categories publish prices at all, and when prices appear or vanish) and an announced-vs-shipping watch (which headline robot programs have observed prices on shipping units, and which remain announcements).
